The present invention relates to a fermented soybean paste pill having a cholesterol reduction effect and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a fermented soybean paste pill is manufactured by mixing fermented soybean paste powder and parched rice powder, wherein the parched rice powder is a resulted material obtained by mixing balloon flower root enzyme, chive enzyme, mulberry leaf enzyme, rice and water, and steaming the mixture, and then overcooking the steamed rice to make a parched rice. The balloon flower root enzyme and the chive enzyme, the mulberry leaf enzyme are acquired by mixing balloon flower root, chive and mulberry leaf with sugar at a weight ratio of 0.5 to 1 with respect to the balloon flower root, the chive and the mulberry leaf, and fermenting and aging the mixture at room temperature for 3 to 6 months.
