The device has a roller (8) that is directly driven with a direct current (dc) motor and a direct current generator by a crank lever and a drive wheel. The dc motor or the dc generator is directly connected with a rolling crank (2) or a rolling crank retainer after detaching a crank end cap. The rolling crank retainer is a shaft locating bore of the drive wheel of the roller. An engine drive and a shaft unit are demounted from a fishing reel (9).
