The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a turmeric-combined beverage in which a mulberry extract is added and a turmeric-combined beverage manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a turmeric-combined beverage includes: (a) a step of putting water to roasted turmeric for extraction and manufacturing a turmeric extract; (b) a step of putting the water into a mulberry leaf and a mulberry branch, respectively for the extraction and manufacturing a mulberry leaf extract and a mulberry branch extract; (c) a step of manufacturing an oriental raisin tree concentrate and a jujube concentrate; and (d) a step of mixing the turmeric extract manufactured by the step (a), the mulberry extract and the mulberry branch extract manufactured by the step (b), the oriental raisin tree concentrate manufactured by the step (c), the jujube concentrate, and oligosaccharide.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 (a) 볶은 울금에 물을 넣고 추출하여 울금 추출물을 제조하는 단계; (b) 뽕잎과 뽕가지 각각에 물을 넣고 추출하여 뽕잎 추출물 및 뽕가지 추출물을 제조하는 단계; (c) 헛개나무 농축액과 대추 농축액을 제조하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 (a)단계의 제조한 울금 추출물, 상기 (b)단계의 제조한 뽕잎 추출물 및 뽕가지 추출물, 상기 (c)단계의 제조한 헛개나무 농축액 및 대추 농축액과 올리고당을 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 울금 혼합 음료의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조된 울금 혼합 음료에 관한 것이다.
