Disclosed is a patient-customized jawbone fixing apparatus, a method of manufacturing the same, a recording medium, and an apparatus for manufacturing a jawbone fixing apparatus. The method (S100) of manufacturing the jawbone fixing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise the following steps: a) generating a skull 3D image file of a subject patient and a 3D image file of a tooth part (S110) b) generating a fused image by fusing the 3D image of the skull and the 3D image of the tooth part (S120) c) cutting a maxillary or a mandible which will undergo a surgery from the fused image and selecting an area where the jawbone fixing apparatus will be mounted (S130) d) forming a shape of the jawbone fixing apparatus (100) comprising a connecting unit (110) and a binding part (120) after the step (S130) of selecting an area where the jawbone fixing apparatus will be mounted (S140) and e) constructing the jawbone fixing apparatus by using shape data of the generated jawbone fixing apparatus (100) (S150).
