PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic surgery assist device securing a space between a surgical site and a soft tissue during surgery and capable of disposing a medicament-including body at an appropriate position in ophthalmic surgery.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic surgery assist device for securing a space between a surgical site of an eye and a soft tissue includes: a grip part an insertion part having a surgical-site contact portion and a soft-tissue contact portion extending from the grip part with their facing each other, and being inserted between the surgical site and the soft tissue to secure the space between the surgical site and the soft tissue and an opening part capable of disposing a medicament-including body from the space secured by the insertion part to an appropriate position.
