PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device of high temperature powder, capable of continuous operation, by discharging a sediment including a mass material having the size of the major axis length of about 250 mm and composed of a powder and grain-like dust put in a high temperature state of the temperature of about 900°C at a maximum and 300°C or more at a minimum, so as not to have adverse influence on operation. SOLUTION: A piping structure is formed in a crank shape in a side surface shape composed of a vertically formed inlet pipe, a horizontal pipe extended in the horizontal direction and a vertically formed outlet pipe; and is constituted in the dimensional relationship (LV>LH) of reducing the length LH up to the center of the outlet pipe from the tip of a pulse air jetting port to the length LV up to the center of the horizontal pipe from the upper end of the inlet pipe, by arranging the tip of the pulse air jetting port projected to an inlet pipe connecting side end part of the horizontal pipe in a position near a peripheral edge part on the outlet pipe side more than the center of the inlet pipe.
