Furthermore when cooperation is with tocopherol (tocopherol) and/or its derivative, said effect can be made more significant.本發明之目的，係提供一種含有高濃度之脲，同時使用感優異，且穩定性，保濕性，及安全性優異之皮膚外用組成物。在含有10~25重量%脲之皮膚外用組成物，若配合松香油(retinol)及/或其衍生物，則可使使用感提升，進而具備優異穩定性，保濕性及安全性。再者，配合以生育酚(tocopherol)及/或其衍生物時，可使上述效果更為顯著。
