PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external composition that prevents oxidation of vitamin A group and improves stability, the composition being excellent in skin roughness-improving effect and safety.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a skin external composition that comprises components (A) and (P) described below. Here, the content of (A) is 5,000-1,000,000 units/100 g and the content of (P) is 0.001-5.0% by mass.
