PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute the storage of medical information in a medical information cooperation system.SOLUTION: Terminal equipment 2 installed in an inspection institute T transmits inspection data D2 to terminal equipment 1 installed in a medical institution M and an ID management server 7 as well. The ID management server 7 requests a data management server 5 to perform search by using the combination of a medical institution name and medical record number included in the inspection data D2 as a key, and receives a record as the result of search. Then, the ID management server 7 requests a personal ID DB server 8 to perform search by using ID for personal medical institution DB included in the record as a key, and receives patient ID as the result of search.
