PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information retrieval system and a medical information retrieval device capable of efficiently performing retrieval processing of medical information by a user and quickly acquiring and easily grasping the medical information.SOLUTION: A medical information retrieval system comprises: a client terminal for browsing inspection data of a patient and a server device for registering and managing the inspection data transmitted from a medical institution and, on the basis of a request from the client terminal, displaying the inspection data for respective specific groups.
