PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking aid that facilitates a turnaround, that can attain small size and light weight, and that is easy to use.SOLUTION: The walking aid includes: a travel part composed of a wheel 10 that rotates around one revolving shaft 15, a drive part that drives the wheel 10, and a control part that controls the drive part a connection part 30 that has one end connected to the travel part and that is freely rotatable around the revolving shaft 15 of the wheel 10 and a touch part 50 that is connected to the other end of the connection part 30.
