The device (10) has a pair of electrodes (100a, 100b) to be applied to an area of skin to be treated, where an electric current is supplied by the electrodes to the area of the skin. A power source (110) supplies power to the electrodes. A dispensing system dispenses a cosmetic product intended to be applied to the treated skin area, where one of the electrodes forms an applicator for distributing the product on the treated skin area.
