In case a user smokes through the electronic cigarette apparatus, the fan orates by internal air flow. The measuring part measures rotation number of the fan. The calculating part calculates suction rate of harmful materials based on the rotation number of the fan and information about harmful materials-suction rate per one rotation of the fan. The display part displays the calculated suction rate.
