PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auto-standing rear flapper emergency lock device in a vehicle lifting device capable of allowing users to quickly change vehicles by the minimum use of an emergency hydraulic system in a case of emergency such as a case where the electrical supply system of a vehicle fails at reduced cost, and ensuring users safety.SOLUTION: In a vehicle lifting device in which an auto-standing rear flapper automatically standing by spring power or weight power is arranged in a rear end portion of a platform, a lock shaft table having a shaft rotatably and elastically supporting a lock lever by applying a required rotational resistance to the lock lever is fixedly arranged on a rear surface of a floor plate in the rear end portion of the platform, and a lock hole is formed in a proximal end portion of the auto-standing rear flapper such that the lock hole faces a rotational path of a lock portion of the lock lever and such that the lock portion is inserted into and engaged with the lock hole when the auto-standing rear flapper manually falls down.
