The present invention relates to a foldable walking assistance apparatus comprising: a hand support (310) which is plate-shaped and supports a body by a patient putting hands thereon； first and second main frames (320, 330) which support the bottom surface of both sides of the hand support (310) and are L-shaped and crossly coupled to each other to rotate； a sheet (370) which is horizontally placed in a front of the main frames in lower parts of the main frames (320, 330) and has a center part separated therefrom and folded； a sheet frame (372) which is connected to a lower part of the main frames to support the sheet (370) and has a center part pivoted； two reinforcing frames (374) which are connected to a side part of both sides of the sheet frame (372) to be able to rotate and stretched horizontally in the backward direction； two lower frames (376) which are connected to a front of the sheet frame (372) and stretched downwardly and backwardly as an L-shape； two rear surface vertical frames (340) which are connected to a rear end parts of the main frames (320, 330), and the lower frames (376) to be able to rotate and connected to a rear end part of the reinforcing frames (374) to be able to slide, and comprise an upper frame and a lower frame, female-male coupled to be able to slide to each other such that the length of the rear surface vertical frames can be adjusted； and four wheels (360) which are placed to be able to rotate in both end parts of a base line of the lower frames.
