The present invention relates to a foldable walking aid, which comprises: a hand rest (10)； ㄷ-shaped first and second main frames (20, 30) for supporting both bottom surfaces of the hand rest (10), and rotatably cross-coupled to each other； a first rear vertical frame (40) rotatably connected to a rear upper end (22) of the first main frame (20) and a rear lower end (34) of the second main frame (30) in a cross-coupled state； a second rear vertical frame (50) rotatably connected to a rear lower end (24) of the first main frame (20) and a rear upper end (32) of the second main frame (30) in a cross-coupled state； and four wheels (60) rotatably disposed at both ends of bottom sides of the main frames (20, 30). Each of the rear vertical frames (40, 50) includes upper and lower frames slidably coupled to each other in a female-male coupling manner to adjust the length thereof.
