PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle array having a performance being usable instead of an injector and being inexpensively and massively produced.SOLUTION: A microneedle array 10 is formed by distributedly disposing a plurality of resin microneedles 11 on a flat sheet 12, the microneedles being tapered toward tip ends. Each microneedle 11 has a multistage pointed-shape part 13 whose cross section is stepwise reduced toward the tip end, formed at the tip end, where the cross section of the multistage pointed-shape part 13 is reduced by 2-8 stages.
