PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize color of carrot juice.SOLUTION: The invention of the present application found with struggle the color of carrot juice is uniformed by intentionally preparing carrot juice having different color and mixing them. Accordingly, the present invention may be defined as follows. The color adjusting method for carrot juice of the present invention is consisting of multistage smashing. The timing of carrot smashing at multistage is before extraction of juice. Particle size of the carrot smashed at each stage has different size. Specifically, carrot juice having different color may be obtained in a manner, in a case where median diameter of carrot smashed at N stage (N refers to natural number, hereinafter.) is 770 μm or more, median diameter of carrot smashed subsequent to the N stage (for example, N+1 stage) is 470 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
