Problem to be solved: to provide a very simple method for removing harmful substances that can be captured without intruding harmful substances by using a composition containing a water zeolian polysaccharide, which is derived from the freshwater cyanobacterium, safflower.Solution: (a) the sodium chloride polysaccharide, derived from freshwater cyanobacteria, which is derived from the freshwater cyanobacterium, (b) the composition of water and (c) polyalcohol, is applied to the target skin portion where the defense against harmful substances is desired, and the harmful substance is not intruded into the target skin portion Capture.
