PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an individual package of an absorbent article, preventing inferior transfer of an adhesive to wing parts and not requiring disposal of release paper in use.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of an individual package 1 of the absorbent article 10 formed by peelably joining release paper 3 to skin non-abutment surface sides of the wing parts 8 and 8 via adhesive M1, has: the step P2 of peelably joining the release paper 3 to the skin non-abutment surface sides of the wing parts 8 and 8 with their extending outward in the width-direction of the absorbent body 4 via adhesive M1 using a pair of rolls 63A and 62B and the step P3 of turning back the pair of wing parts 8 and 8 to the skin abutment surface side of the absorbent body 4 so that the ends 82 face inward in the width-direction of the absorbent body 4 and a pair of pieces of release paper have overlapped parts 83 at the central part in the width-direction of the absorbent body 4, and joining the parts 83 to each other.
