To provide multispecific antigen-binding molecules having blood coagulation factor VIII (FVIII) cofactor function-substituting activity and pharmaceutical formulations thereof.SOLUTION: A bispecific antibody has a first antigen-binding site which binds to blood coagulation factor IX (FIX) and/or activated blood coagulation factor IX, and a second antigen-binding site which binds to blood coagulation factor X, where, the FIX activation-inhibiting activity is not elevated and the FVIII cofactor function-substituting activity is elevated.
