PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aorta treatment device in which an aortic arch part is replaced with a branched artificial blood vessel part, and a stent graft part can be indwelled in the distal side aorta, and which can perform the anastomosis of the branched artificial blood vessel part and the distal side aorta easily as compared with a conventional device.SOLUTION: An aorta treatment device includes: a branched artificial blood vessel part 10 formed by the derivation of side tubes 11-14 from a main tube 15； a stent graft part 20 connected to the distal side of the branched artificial blood vessel part 10 by stitching； and a skirt-shaped cuff part 30 formed so as to extend to the distal side from a distal end 16 of the branched artificial blood vessel part 10, which can be reversible to a state in which it extends from the distal end 16 of the branched artificial blood vessel part 10 to the proximal side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】分枝付き人工血管部により大動脈弓部を置換するとともに、遠位側大動脈にステントグラフト部を留置することができ、分枝付き人工血管部と、遠位側大動脈との吻合を、従来の装置と比較して容易に行なうことのできる大動脈治療装置を提供すること。【解決手段】主管１５から側管１１～１４が派生してなる分枝付き人工血管部１０と、分枝付き人工血管部１０の遠位側に縫合により連結されたステントグラフト部２０と、分枝付き人工血管部１０の遠位端１６から遠位側に延びるよう形成され、分枝付き人工血管部１０の遠位端１６から近位側に延びるような状態に翻転自在であるスカート状のカフ部３０とを備えている。【選択図】 図２
