PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can be uniformly wet-spread regardless of the damage level of the hair when applied to the dried hair, is rapidly dried after application, gives no squeaky feeling or wetted feeling and can naturally shape the hair without forming a hair bundle after drying.SOLUTION: There is provided a hair cosmetic which comprises components (A) to (C), wherein the content of the component (A) is 0.1 to 10 mass% and the mass ratio (B)/(C) between the component (B) and the component (C) is 0.8 to 99.
