PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming cooked rice, having a forming section with upper molds of which the height can be easily set.SOLUTION: A device 1 for forming cooked rice has a forming section 13 in which a plurality of upper molds 13a for forming a plurality of cooked rice lumps measured and divided through a measuring and dividing section 10 are disposed in a state supported by a supporting member 13cs of a substrate 13. An operation section 13d for setting the height of the upper molds 13a is disposed outside the main body of the device 1 for forming cooked rice. The operation section 13d has a rotary handle 13dh, which is rotated to move the substrate 13c in vertical direction. The substrate stops at a predetermined position, so that the height of the upper molds 13a can be set.
