The present disclosure relates to antibodies that specifically bind CD38 that can kill CD38 + cells by inducing apoptosis, antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC), and complement-dependent cytotoxicity. The antibodies of the present disclosure can be used as a formulation or in manufacturing a formulation, and the antibody is administered to a human subject at a safe therapeutic dose of about 20 mg / kg or less.
