The present invention relates to a preparing method of an alloy piece for casting dental materials by a powder metallurgy method, and more specifically comprise: (a) a step of preparing alloy powder； (b) a step of mixing the prepared alloy powder with solid lubricant； (c) a step of filling the mixture of the alloy powder and the solid lubricant to a mold for powder molding for a molding process； and (d) a step of sintering the molded molding object. According to the present invention, a preparation process is simplified such that preparation costs is reduced, and highly pure alloy pieces for casting without impurities or casting failures can be easily provided.본 발명은 분말야금법에 의한 치과재료 주조용 합금 편의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 (a) 합금 분말을 제조하는 단계와, (b) 상기 제조된 합금 분말과 고체 윤활제를 혼합하는 단계와, (c) 상기 고체 윤활제가 혼합된 합금 분말을 분말성형용 금형에 충전하여 성형하는 단계와, (d) 상기 성형된 성형체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 절삭 및 절단공정이 없어 고가 재료의 손실 없이 치과재료 주조용 합금 편을 제조할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 또한, 제조공정을 단순화시켜 그 제조비용을 절감하는 것은 물론, 주조결함이나 이물질의 혼합이 없는 고순도의 주조용 합금 편을 손쉽게 제공할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
