PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical formulations and supplement formulations which inhibit the release of active ingredients within intestines and enable the active ingredients to be gradually released within intestines, and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an enteric-coated formulation in which the release of an active ingredient within intestines is controlled, the formulation comprising an enteric release controlling part having at least a first enteric-coated layer constituted from a first active ingredient part formed as a core containing an active ingredient and a first coating film which coats the first active ingredient part, a second enteric-coated layer constituted from a second active ingredient part formed as a layer coating the first coating film and a second coating film which coats the second active ingredient part, and a third enteric-coated layer constituted from a third active ingredient part formed as a layer coating the second coating film and a third coating film which coats the third active ingredient part; and an outermost layer which coats the enteric release controlling part.
