<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition compounded with microcapsules encapsulating a water-soluble functional ingredient in good dispersibility, while controlling the elusion of the encapsulated substance. <；P>；SOLUTION: The oral composition is characterized by containing microgel particles obtained by forcibly cooling a solution of one or more gelling agents selected from agar, gellan gum, carrageenan, pectin and sodium alginate in an aqueous solvent, gelling the solution by the addition of a cross-linking agent for cross-linking the gelling agents, and simultaneously shearing the product, and dispersing the microcapsules encapsulating the water-soluble functional ingredient. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
