An elastic nonwoven fabric which can, when in contact with skin, easily form an air flow gap relative to the skin. An elastic nonwoven fabric (20) comprises elastic fibers which extend and contract elastically, and non-elastic fibers which extend non-elastically. The elastic nonwoven fabric (20) has formed thereon rows of flat regions (26) and rows of ridge regions (27) which are raised upward above the upper surface of the flat regions (26) and which have a reversed V-shape. The flat regions (26) and the ridge regions (27) are arranged alternately in the widthwise direction (B) of the elastic nonwoven fabric (20). The ridge regions (27) are formed so as to more easily extend in the widthwise direction (B) than the flat regions (26).
