PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric that easily bends and hardly causes the occurrence of wrinkles in a bent part.

SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric 10 has: a large number of ridge parts 20, in which a large number of projecting parts 23 are intermittently formed in a row state and which are extended in a ridge state in one direction and a large number of furrow parts 30 which are positioned between the adjoining ridge parts 20 and extended in the same direction as that of the ridge parts 20. The furrow parts 30 are provided with open holes. The ridge parts 20 have recessed parts 22 having a height lower than that of the projecting parts 23 between the adjoining projecting parts 23 in the extension direction of the ridge parts. In the ridge parts 20, a fiber density in the recessed parts 22 is substantially equal to a fiber density at the bottoms 24 of the projecting parts 23.
