PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter using a crawler type travel unit whose longitudinal width is compact.SOLUTION: A transplanter comprises: travel wheels 2； a travel device 500； a transmission case 60 for transmitting drive force to the travel device 500； and a seedling transplanting device 300 for transplanting a seedling 22 to a farm field. The travel device 500 comprises: a drive wheel 510； a driven rolling wheel 520； front and rear rolling wheels 531, 532 attached to a support member 570 which can be freely oscillated； and a crawler 540. An input shaft 61 and an output shaft 62 are provided on the transmission case 60, and the transmission case 60 is rotatable with the input shaft 61 as a fulcrum.
