According to the present invention, provided is a treatment device for an endoscope, which allows a user to accurately hold body tissue and can mount a clip by a one-touch method. The treatment device for an endoscope comprises: an insertion part having an insertion tube where a fixed length of wire which has a connecting device on the front end is arranged to be able to move back and forth in a longitudinal direction in an inner hole, and inserted into a channel of an endoscope; a clip part comprising a clip with a pair of forceps pieces whose front ends are bent to face each other and longitudinal middle parts intersect each other, a fixing ring inserted to be fastened and arranged on the longitudinal middle of the clip, a clip linking body which has a first linking device formed on one end to be connected to the clip and a second linking device formed on the other end to be connected to the connecting device and connects the clip and the connecting device, and a clip stopper with an inner hole where the clip linking body connected to the clip is inserted and arranged and the connecting device is guided and moved so that the clip linking body and the connecting device are connected; and a cartridge comprising a first accommodating part where the clip is arranged and a second accommodating part which communicates with the first accommodating part and holds the clip stopper where the clip linking body is inserted, and comprising, in the second accommodating part, a first hook whose one end elastically touches the clip stopper arranged in the second accommodating part to temporarily fix the clip stopper and a second hook which is adjacent to the first hook, thereby accommodating the clip part inside. If the clip linking body and the connecting device are moved through the inner hole and connected, and the clip part is separated from the cartridge due to backward movement of the connecting device, the fixing ring is pushed and moved to be placed in front of an interse
