PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip attachment tool for an endoscope, which is capable of easily and surely put a clad tube on a clip in the state of being connected to a connecting hook and smoothly housing the clip in the state of being narrowed inside the clad tube.
SOLUTION: In the clip attachment tool for the endoscope, there formed are a clip housing part 6 for housing the clip 11 in an open state, a hook guide hole 8 for guiding the connecting hook 21 from the rear part to the rear end connection part 11a of the clip 11, and a clad tube guide hole 9 for guiding the clad tube 24 externally equipped on a sheath 22 freely slidably in the longitudinal direction from the rear part to a position through the clip housing part 6.
