The invention relates to a water-containing or water-free treatment means for desalination, decalcification, deacidification and dealkalisation, and for the regeneration of salinated, calcinated, acidified or alkalised soils with a solid-state mass fraction of 0.01 % to 100 %, relative to the total mass of the treatment means, wherein the solid element contains: A) at least one type of carbon particles: B) at least one type of sheet silicate particles; C) at least one type of cross-linked superabsorber particles and/or the non-cross-linked copolymers from which they are constructed, and/or white peat, brown peat, multi-coloured peat, black peat and/or bituminous peat particles; and D) nanocellulose, microcellulose, hemicellulose, cellulose and/or lignin particles, as well as rice husks and/or inositol triphosphate. The invention also relates to a method for the production thereof and the use thereof.
