The present invention relates to a food composition which is capable to prevent oxidation of fatty acids and simultaneously improving both nutritional profile and organoleptic prop- erties of the product, and in to which is added plant sterol and/or stanol to further improve health effects of the invention. The invention also relates to a method, which is suitable for the production of such product, and products produced by such method.La présente invention concerne une composition alimentaire qui est capable d'empêcher l'oxydation d'acides gras et d'améliorer simultanément à la fois le profil nutritionnel et les propriétés organoleptiques du produit, et dans lequel est ajouté un stérol végétal et/ou un stanol pour améliorer encore les effets de santé de l'invention.
