PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish bank which enables the replacement of thinned woods in a condition where a steel frame is put on the bottom of sea.SOLUTION: The artificial fish bank includes: a base 2； pillars 3 standing on the base 2； a frame shelf part 5 freely attachable to and detachable from the pillars 3, arranged almost horizontally by being installed on the pillars 3, and configured to accommodate the thinned woods therein； and a frame wall 4 freely attachable to and detachable from the pillars 3, arranged around the frame shelf part 5 by being installed on the pillar 3, and configured to accommodate the thinned woods therein.
