PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretcher that enables one person to safely perform front/rear split leg stretching exercise alone, which used to be difficult as the front/rear legs are likely to split sideways and also as the heel and toe receive the load of body weight.SOLUTION: Provided is a stretcher characterized in that: in the rear unit, a pedestal with a frame on both sides is installed and, between the frames, a guide plate is provided in the front unit, a base is installed, with a pantagraph and a pedestal provided on the base, with a shaft put through in the middle of the pantagraph, and with a handle installed on both sides of the shaft a frame is installed on both sides of the pedestal and, on both sides of the frames, prop is provided and in front of the pedestal, the pedestal with the frame on both sides is joined using a rotary shaft, with a slider fixed on the bottom base of the pedestal, and with the front and the rear units connected using an adjuster.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】縦方向の開脚による柔軟運動は前後の脚が横方向に開いてしまうことと、踵とつま先に体重の負担がかかる為、一人での練習は困難であった。本発明は一人でも安全に行うことのできるストレッチ器具を提供する。【解決手段】後方のユニットに、両側に枠のある台座を設け、枠の間にガイド板を設け、前方のユニットにはベースを設け、ベースの上にパンタグラフと台座を設け、パンタグラフの中間に軸を通し軸の両側にハンドルを設ける、台座の両側に枠を設け、その枠の両側に支柱を設け、台座の前方に両側に枠のついた台座を回転軸でジョイントし、その台座の底盤にスライダーを固定し、前と後のユニットをアジャスターで繋いだことを特徴とするストレッチ器具。【選択図】図1
