The present invention relates to a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating aging, containing a recombinant protein including flagellin as a component of flagella of Vibrio vulnificus and a pathogenic antigen protein fused to each other. According to the present invention, the recombinant protein of the present invention can be used to improve external and internal functions against aging and enhance immunity.
