A capacitance detection circuit (CS) and a to-be-contacted portion (200) are provided on different sides of a substrate (SS) by a pixel circuit structure (20), so that the parasitic capacitance (CP2) can be effectively reduced, and a fingerprint signal is relatively significant, thereby enhancing the accuracy of fingerprint recognition.
