PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cuff pressure control device including a flow rate regulating member with high-precision fine holes without increasing manufacturing costs.SOLUTION: A cuff pressure control device used for appropriately maintaining inner pressure of a cuff of a tracheal tube with a cuff includes a pump to supply gas to the inside of the cuff, and an exhaust passage for discharging the gas from inside the cuff. The exhaust passage includes an exhaust valve and a flow rate regulating member with fine holes that communicate with the exhaust passage.
