PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe which does not need operations for detaching/attaching its piston at the site of medical treatment, enables a living tissue supplementing material to be efficiently impregnated with a liquid, and is simple in structure.SOLUTION: The syringe which gets a piston inserted from the discharge hole at one end and the open end at the other end and is a syringe for living tissue supplementing materia wherein a flange is formed around the other end or its vicinity, and wherein a horizontal hole side having a diameter of 0.2-5 mm is further formed around the other end or its vicinity. Alternatively, in the syringe for living tissue supplementing material, the living tissue supplementing material is previously stored in a syringe body. Its discharge hole at one end is covered with a cap and a piston is inserted from its open end at the other end. A flange is formed around the other end or its vicinity.
