According to the present invention, a syringe for a bone grafting material comprises: a cylindrical cylinder accommodating a bone grafting material therein, having a first passage for transporting the bone grafting material and a discharge hole for the bone grafting material formed on a front end thereof, and made of a hard resin material a piston capable of performing a reciprocating action in the first passage in the cylinder and having a front end compressing the bone grafting material to the discharge hole. In the cylinder, a corrugated tube is spaced apart at a predetermined interval with the cylinder and formed in parallel with the same and has a plurality of large-diameter parts and small-diameter parts which are alternately arranged. The corrugated tube may be deformed and bent or contracted in a direction in which a part or the whole of the respective small-diameter parts and large-diameter parts is brought close to or away from the adjacent small-diameter parts or large-diameter parts, and the inner diameter of the small-diameter parts of the corrugated tube is the same as the outer diameter of the first passage.
