The present invention relates to a container for fat transplantation and, more specifically, to a container for fat transplantation which comprises a lid； an outer container； and an inner container to suck in body fat from the outside and store the same therein. The container comprises: the lid； the outer container； the inner container； and a coupling member. The lid comprises: a first port having one end coupled to a fat suction tube and the other end coupled to the inner container to provide a passage between the fat suction tube and the inner container to allow for body fat transfer； the second port having one end connected to a vacuum means and the other end connected to the inner container to provide a passage to generate a negative pressure inside the inner container； and a third port having one end connected to the vacuum means and the other end arranged between the outer container and the inner container. The outer container has a bottom surface and side walls erected from the bottom surface, and has a shape of container with an opened top to which the lid is coupled. The inner container is made of a material more flexible than that of the outer container, inserted inside the outer container, closed by the lid, and connected to the second port to allow negative pressure to be generated inside, wherein the body fat is transferred into the inner container through the first port connected to a fat suction tube.
