PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align a patient position and an image position without using a medical image pick-up marker.SOLUTION: A medical image display device system includes: a medical image pickup device 13 configured to pick up a medical image of a subject 301 a display device 6 a subject position detector 311 configured to detect positional information of a subject an image pick-up device position detector 312 a three-dimensional position measuring device 15 configured to measure positional information for the subject position detector and image pick-up device position detector and a medical image display device 1 configured to align positional information for a subject and positional information for a medical image.
