The present disclosure relates to a teeth movement tracking device and a method thereof, and combines three-dimensional teeth data with image data of a moving person, and detects a feature point to track the movement thereof to generate trajectory data according to the movement of teeth or temporomandibular joint, thus recording the movement of the teeth or the temporomandibular joint that is different for each person and tracking precise movement thereof. As a result, it is possible to perform accurate diagnosis in diagnosis and treatment and to be used for treatment of prosthesis, correction, and plastic surgery in post-treatment.
