The elastic dielectric layer includes the elastic resin and a dielectric material, in which the dielectric material comprises at least one of an Sr1-xCaxTiO3 compound, an Sr1-yBayTiO3 compound, and a BaTiO3 compound so as to make the dielectric constant of the dielectric material within 15.65-2087.3 F/m.
