The present patent invention relates to a process for the production of soybean meal with a high content of soluble proteins belonging to the chemical area, particularly a process in which a soybean meal with a content of soluble proteins in KOH in the range of 60 to 75% is reached, in which the soluble sugars are first removed from the soybean meal for extraction with aqueous ethanol solution and then the oil by extraction with hexane, without intermediate desolventization and in a single integrated industrial unit.The producing process of soybean meal with high soluble protein content comprises the following steps:1. Soybean preparation 2. Extraction with ethanol 3. Decantation of solids 4. Distillation of ethanol 5. Extraction with hexane 6. Decantation of the aqueous and organic phases 7. Distillation of hexane 8. Desolventization 9. Condensation of the solvents and 10. Drying and cooling of the meal.Through the present process an SPC meal is obtained with the following characteristics:- 58-62% crude protein content (visa-vis) and- 60-75% soluble protein content in KOH.
