PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel diagnostic imaging agents for imaging senile plaques (SPs) and neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs), which enable preclinical diagnosis and progression monitoring of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease.SOLUTION: An imaging method comprises: introducing a detectable quantity of a radiolabeled compound represented by the specified formula capable of binding to tau proteins and &bgr；-amyloid peptides； and detecting the labeled compound bound to amyloid deposits and/or tau proteins in a patient. The compound of the specified formula is 4-(Benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-2-yl)-N-(2-(2-(2-fluoroethoxy)ethoxy)ethyl)-aniline, where F is optionally substituted with a radiolabel.【課題】アルツハイマー病などの神経学的障害の発症前診断及び進行の監視を可能にする老人斑（ＳＰ）や神経原線維変化（ＮＦＴ）のイメージングのための新規診断用イメージング剤の提供。【解決手段】タウタンパク質及びβ－アミロイドペプチドに結合し得る下記式に代表される放射標識化化合物を検知可能量を投入し、患者におけるアミロイド沈着物及び／又はタウタンパク質と結合した標識化化合物を検知することを含んでなるイメージング方法。（４－（ベンゾ［４，５］イミダゾ［１，２－ａ］ピリミジン－２－イル）－Ｎ－（２－（２－（２－フルオロエトキシ）エトキシ）エチル）－アニリン）。なお、Ｆは任意に放射標識に置換される。【選択図】なし
