A sterilized liquid enteral nutritional composition containing 10-20 g of protein per 100 ml of composition, in which all or most of the protein contains native micellar casein, and less than 15 wt.% Of the protein contains whey. ! 2. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, additionally containing fat, said fat provides 10-70% of the total energy content of the composition. ! 9. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which the fat contains a source of long chain fatty acids. ! 10. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further containing digestible carbohydrates, and these carbohydrates provide 30-60% of the total energy content of the composition. ! 11.
