PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsion skin cosmetic having cool feeling, which is a skin cosmetic having neither skin irritation nor unpleasant smell derived from a cool-feeling agent, excellent sense of use and excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water type emulsion skin cosmetic which comprises (A) a solid-state ester oil having a melting point of 40 to 50°C, (B) an oil which is in a paste state at 25°C and (C) an oil which is in a liquid state at 25°C, wherein the total amount of the oil (B) which is in a paste state at 25°C and the oil (C) which is in a liquid state at 25°C does not exceed 5 times the content of the solid-state ester oil having a melting point of 40 to 50°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、冷感を有する水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料であって、冷感剤に由来する皮膚刺激や不快な臭いがなく、使用感に優れ、保存安定性に優れた皮膚化粧料を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】融点40~50℃の固形状エステル油(A)と25℃でペースト状の油(B)と25℃で液状の油(C)を含有し、25℃でペースト状の油(B)と25℃で液状の油(C)の合計量が融点40~50℃の固形状エステル油(A)の含有量の5倍を超えない水中油型乳化皮膚化粧料。【選択図】図1
